- What I did: I listened to recorded phone calls to see if the Customer Service Representative said everything in the company's script and I followed along in the system to make sure that the CSR did not make a mistake. I was also a floorwalker (a supervisor with out all the paperwork of being a supervisor) for the Spending Account Management department which handles Flexible Spending Accounts.
